Lysine prices strengthen in China as large producers stand firm
Lysine prices moved higher during the week ending July 28.
Although medium-scale producers were inclined to cut prices to move sales, large players in the lysine industry, who reduced output, stood firm on price quotes.
Price quotes of 65-percent lysine and 70-percent lysine were at RMB5/kg and RMB5.30-5.40/kg respectively.
Lysine market should remain stable as large producers hold up prices.
